Dehradun, 28 September 2025: In the morning clash, Nainital Tigers’ decision to bowl first proved inspired as their bowling attack dismantled the Rishikesh Falcons with clinical precision. The collapse began early with Tigers’ opener Abhyuday Bhatnagar facing 11 deliveries without scoring before falling to Shashwat Dangwal.

Aasham Gulati and Poorvansh Dhruv departed within the Powerplay, leaving the Falcons reeling at 13/3. The middle order offered little resistance as the Tigers bowlers maintained relentless pressure. Jagadeesha Suchith emerged as the lone contributor with a fighting 29 off 38 balls, while the remaining batters crumbled, with none managing to reach 20.

Nainital's bowling unit displayed exceptional discipline, with Anmol Shah leading the attack with 2/11 in his four-over spell. Shashwat Dangwal proved miserly with 1/6 from three overs, while Dhruv Pratap Singh and Dikshanshu Negi took two wickets apiece.

Captain Bhupen Lalwani remained unbeaten on 28, guiding his team towards victory alongside Dikshanshu Negi, who made 12* off 4. The duo completed the chase in 15.4 overs, helping their side earn crucial points in the UPL 2025 points table.
